About Us
Our mission is to raise awareness about Israel’s entrepreneurial activities within
the state, to offer support to individuals and organizations interested in pursuing
opportunities with Israeli businesses and organizations, to encourage collaborative
relationships between New Mexico and Israel companies, and to improve the
environment for successful ventures.
Our Leadership
Susan Keith, Acting Director New Mexico-Israel Business Exchange
Prior to her present position, Susan Keith served as an international marketing
consultant to a variety of US and international businesses and organizations. For them,
she provided the following services: market research, market entry strategies, product
positioning, marketing and promotion, and training. For her work with the Sporting
Goods Manufacturing Association, she received the 1994 International Achievement
Award from the American Society of Association Executives.
Ms. Keith has a Masters in International Management degree from the University of
Maryland University College and a certificate in cross cultural communication from
Georgetown University. In addition, she has lived, studied, and traveled extensively
abroad including several trips to Israel.
Robert Efroymson, Chair New Mexico-Israel Business Exchange
Robert Efroymson has worked as a Lawyer and a Software Engineer. He has been an Angel Investor for several years, and spent the last two years working as a Senior Fellow at Flywheel Ventures. He has had several Community positions as well, including President of the Jewish Federation of New Mexico, and member of the Aipac National Council.
Mr. Efroymson has a Law Degree from George Washington University, and a Masters degree in Computer Science from UNM.
